That was so fun. The Final Leg Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics 2022 USA Games stopped at Rise & Nye’s. Piles of people showed up to support the “Guardians of the Flame” and to cheer on our local athletes who are headed to the Games this weekend. The final leg of the Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run will stop at Rise & Nye's tomorrow at 9am! During the last few weeks, teams of law enforcement members and Special Olympics athletes have carried the torch from Chicago (the site of the first Special Olympics Games 54 years ago) to Florida.
Come on down to celebrate and honor the 5,000-plus athletes who will compete in the 2022 USA Games in Orlando starting next week.
